Проблема со связью Exchange <==> PDC

Добрый день, господа.

Суть проблемы:
ISA04EE_enu_sp1 + MSEXCHANGE2003EE_enu_sp2 - на одном сервере. Дело крутится в домене w2k3sp1enu. (на распределение исы и почты нет ни места, ни денег - в скором времени сделаем нормально) С недавних пор exchange bpa вышибает с ошибкой нет доступа к КД - ошибка связи с RDP (could not connect to RDP). Логи при рестарте выдают:

event error id: 10006 (source: DCOM)

Dcom got error "<GENERAL ACCESS DENIED ERROR>" from the computer FILESTORE(кд который) when attempting to activate the server: <server component>

event error id: 7023

The Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service terminated with the following error: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax incorrect.


Начинаю грешить на сетевуху... Хотя пинг проходит без проблем часами, кабель заменил

Убрал галочку RPC compliance в системных политиках AD на ISA - вроде коннект пошел.... Хотя странно, очень странно
