Веб часть System Center Service Manager 2012

доброго времени суток!!

столкнулся с неподдающейся логике проблеме.

после инсталяции system center service manager 2012, начинаю ставить его веб часть, ставится все без ошибок,

самое интересное что все мануалы на этом заканчиваются

Запускаю svcutil.exe https://testserver/ServiceHost/Services/DataAccessService.svc?wsdl в командной строке, он генерирует 2 файла, а дальше чтоИ дальше у меня тупик

подскажите плиз как развернуть веб морду
